PACK & SEND franchise have once again been independently rated as a 5 star franchise brand for the 5th year in a row.

Darryn McAuliffe, CEO FRANdata, presented Nicholas Woodward, Country Manager, PACK & SEND with their latest 5 Star Rating Award, and discussed some detail about the award.

Darryn: "I’m here today with Nicholas Woodwood, Country Manager of PACK & SEND and delighted Nicholas to award you guys another 

5 Star rating on the Australian Franchise Rating Scale.

Nicholas: Yeah. Thankyou. 

Darryn: So five years in a row, what a terrific achievement, you know, really brought about by your transparency and the amount of information your team has provided and just how the performance stacks up so congratulations.

Nicholas: Yeah. Thanks to FRANdata. It's a, it really is validation for the strength of the business system that we've built over many years. It's our 30th year in business this year, and it really it shows that it stands the test of time.

And that external validation is really what makes it important to know we're a good business, but to get that from a brand such as FRANdata is excellent.

Darryn: Yeah. Thanks, Nicholas. And look, I know you guys work very hard.

It's about your people, it's about your franchisees, and it's about their customers, and that really comes through.

So with that great achievement, again, five years in a row, the top rating you can get.

So what does, who do you think that means a lot to just within your network and more broadly?

Nicholas: Yeah. I think it gives confidence to prospective franchise partners, that many of them are looking at a business for the first time.

They're, entrepreneurs, but they're looking for a brand that has a good reputation. So for them, it's that confidence that they have in the system. And also knowing that it's been validated externally as well.

Darryn: Yes. Certainly, I think for prospective franchisees, it gives participating brands a point of difference. So it's great to be able to find good systems and to recognise that.

And I think, you know, we hear feedback from other brands about the impact it has on their own people. So is that something that's worth while for you guys?

Nicholas: It's fantastic for the team in terms of the motivation to recognise what they're doing.

And so it's a good accolade, not just for our head office team, but for our franchise partners as well because they're living and breathing our brand values daily.

And for them implementing the system and building a very successful brand across the country, again, it's great validation for them to.
