Franchises and money back guarantees
Franchises and Money back guarantees
We’ve seen and reported on franchise income guarantees, but one franchise system is taking the concept of working to reduce franchise owner risk, to the next level.
According to a spokesperson for Spanish Doughnuts, it has developed an approach for the business that is “A money back guarantee that if after 12 months, for whatever reason, a franchise owner who wishes to leave can do so with their investment returned.”
In this bold approach, that does not come without risk and commitment for the franchisor, there is a key caveat that “The only condition is that the franchise owner has not been in breach of their franchise agreement across that time.”
“We back our system and opportunity, so we wanted to make sure the market knew it, and what better way to do it.”
Flagship location
This strategy in a competitive franchise recruitment market is timely, with the brand revealing that it has secured “...a prime location in the Surfers Paradise entertainment precinct. We’re really excited about the possibilities with this location and are motivated to find the right franchise partner into this business.”
“With all products made to order fresh on-site, and a range of sweet and savoury to suit all tastes, we have the right balance within the business model for the right operators to take advantage with a distinctly unique product offer in the market.”
