My job is to train them in sales, sales process, how to onboard new real estate agents, new clients. That's where I get a real kick when I'm out in the field.

Is a people person.

It's very much a relationships franchise.

So someone who's got personality, they don't have to have skills, you don't have to have any photography background, videography background or sign board installation background will train you and train you quickly.
