Jeff Leipnik, Franchisor of Squires Loft, this time takes us on a quick insiders tour of one of their restaurants in Williamstown Victoria.

"Welcome to Squires Loft Williamstown. This is one of my favourite stores. They're all quite bespoke and unique. This one's in an underground area.

Welcome / Waiting Foyer

Welcome downstairs to Squires Loft Williamstown. 

This particular store has got a beautiful little waiting area for our customers. You could have a little drink out here before you go in to be seated. 

Greeting and Booking System

First thing you'll notice when you come in is this host area where we find where your booking is on our now BookIt booking system and then we seat you at your table.

Dining area

This particular venue can seat 118 people. We like to get them in the range of about 70 to 150 seats. 

In this location we have two very sought after booths, we've got this one that seats 10 and we've got the other one that seats five.

Bar area

This is our bar area. We have beers on tap, and an extensive wine list. We do cocktails, spirits, and coffee for some of our locations is certainly bigger than others. 

Kitchen and Grills

What you're not going to see here is plenty of knives and highly qualified chefs.

With the hard yards done at the factory, the product comes to you ready to go. We cook them all on the grill and it's very simple.
