Training

e-learning, practical and technical aspects of extensive training.

Training (Detailed)

Your onboarding will start in our eLearning environment, where you will start to understand our business model and industry in more detail.

Then, your face-to-face training will be a full week of training in our Perth support office. We’ll teach you all the operational requirements to be successful, how to market your business, recruiting and retaining staff and everything in between.

Training is made up of 3 key elements.

The first is a thorough 3-module e-learning component that you can perform at your own pace and in your own time.

The second revolves around the extensive franchise manual and Plumbing Bros portal, which is a tailor-made app for you and all your team members.

The third and final element is having us assist you in your business for the initial opening phase.
