Best courier service award for leading franchise brand
PACK & SEND has been awarded the ProductReview.com.au ‘Best Courier Service for 2022’.
This win is the third by the brand in the last 4 years.
ProductReview describes itself as a website devoted to consumer opinions on products, services, and businesses in Australia.
The annual awards for 2022 in this case, are aimed at highlighting products and services that are well rated by the sites’ community.
Not all awards are created equal
We’ve often noted on franchise buyer, how awards of all sorts are used in varying ways by brands across the market. Some are clearly more significant than others.
Of note in this award, PACK & SEND performed on a significant scale.
In determining the eligibility of award winners, a minimum of just 10 ‘approved’ reviews written across a 12 month period, and a minimum rating of 4.1 stars was required, to extrapolate a ‘sentiment’ score.
For PACK & SEND, the brand reports their rating success far wider than the ProductReview platform.
It highlights that more than 20,000 customers shared their opinion on the service, and rated the brand 5 out of 5 stars across independent review platforms such as Google, ProductReview, TrustPilot and facebook.
On ProductReview specifically, the brand reported 2,000+ new customer reviews with a 4.5 out of 5 star rating.

Additionally, the brand states that they do not filter or delete any reviews, and they invite and encourage anyone to read any reviews they’ve ever had on the platforms.
