Andy started his journey with Soul Origin eight years ago, initially working for franchise partners before opening his own store.

He moved from Sydney to Queensland and gradually expanded his operations, starting with a store in Helensvale and later acquiring stores in Garden City and Brisbane Uptown (Previous Myer Centre CBD). He is currently preparing to open his third store at Fortitude Valley train station.

Andy emphasises the importance of effective staff training and trust in managing multiple stores. He believes that training and empowering staff are key to successful multi-site ownership, as it allows him to delegate responsibilities and focus on growing the business. 

He also discusses the differences between operating in suburban shopping centres and high-traffic CBD locations, noting that each requires a tailored approach to maximise opportunities.

Andy shares insights into Soul Origin's franchise model, highlighting the strong support from the brand's central kitchen and the streamlined production process that allows franchisees to focus on customer service and business growth.
