Father and son, Mark and Glen Skews and their family, have been through a lot over the last few years.

It all started out with making a bold decision from New Zealand, with wife Joanne, to buy a PACK & SEND franchise on the Gold Coast. 

That was 2013.

Sadly, some time later into operating the business, Joanne fell ill and passed in 2018.

With Glen having already moved over to help mum and dad, his role in the business gradually transformed. COVID brought about an unexpected 'crunch' point to decide whether to sell up and go back home, or stay and - expand.

Suffice to say, they stayed, and grew.
