What an interesting and innovative business! 

We met James Riddle, CEO of Plumbing Bros at the Melbourne Franchising Expo.

As we were walking past his display, we got a glimpse of his business messaging - we wanted to find out more!

James describes the business as "A lucrative, 5 star white collar business opportunity that 25 million Australians rely on every day!". 

Now, when people say 'white collar', essentially they mean that you are not getting your hands dirty. 

'White collar' franchise opportunities are things like managerial, HR, finance, coaching type of franchises. James has taken his experience in growing previous businesses to bottle it in creating Plumbing Bros and raising the bar on customer service levels in an industry not traditionally associated with exceptional service.
