Meet the Bartlett's, they own and operate the SafetyQuip franchise in Bayswater in Melbourne. 

It's a wonderful story of a family who are 'all-in' in their business which has seen them turn it into a multi-million $ asset that still allows them to work 8am-5pm, 5 days a week.

We spoke with Ryan (Mark and Pam's son), who is the GM, and he took us on a tour of the business and talked us through his growth all the way from his first job at 'maccas', to running the business while mum and dad stepped back to enjoy the finer things in life.
