We took the opportunity at the recent Sydney, Franchising & Business Opportunities Expo, to talk with as many buyers possible, and ask each of them the same five questions.

It was actually easier said than done. In my determination to get some insights, I assumed "of course people will want to speak on camera"....ah nope.

It seems the last thing people wanted to do was talk on camera about their fears, frustrations and motivation on buying a franchise.

So, we did the next best thing - conducted interviews and compiled the information into a neat little video.
